Danny Chanthapanga, 22, of 933 Church Ave. in Utica, N.Y., Aug. 23, driving with a suspended license, $250 cash or surety bond.

Lashea Wade, 22, of 69 Summit Ave, Aug. 23, driving under suspension, promise to appear in court.

Felix Ruiz, 38, of 33 Summer Street, Aug. 24, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under suspension, misuse of plates, unsafe start, second-degree failure to appear in court, $6,500 bond.

Michael Bell, 20, of 52 Goshen Road in Waterford, Aug. 24, second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, $500 cash or surety bond.

Miguel Xante, 23, of 89 Garfield Ave., Aug. 24, interfering with police, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, no bond listed.
