Juan L. Cheverez-Rivera, 25, of 62 Calle Emerita Laureamo Morovis in Puerto Rico, April 10, second-degree failure to appear in court, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Qusuan A. Lea, 19, of 72 Summer Street, April 10, second-degree assault, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

James Motowidlak, 48, of 15 Thames Terrace in Norwich, April 10, threatening, second-degree breach of peace, $500 non-surety bond.

Maxwell Gilmore, 23, of 289 Carolena Back Road in Charlestown, R.I., April 10, possession of narcotics, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Derek S. Denomme, 33, of 100 Ocean Ave., April 10, second-degree breach of peace, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Francisco Pratts Jr., 38, of 38 Branford Ave. in Groton, April 11, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Stephanie M. Corniel, 18, of 47 Federal Street, April 11, sixth-degree larceny, $200 cash or surety bond.

Rosalind D. Duncan, 38, of 335 Broad Street, April 11, sixth-degree larceny, unlawful possession of a personal identification information access device, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Joseph Mercer, 51, of 335 Broad Street, April 11, sixth-degree larceny, fraudulent use of an ATM, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Omara Francis, 27, of 14 Braemer Place, April 11, four counts of risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, interfering with police, $50,000 cash or surety bond.
