The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.
Ruben Jonathan Miller, 31, of 11 Hunter’s Run in Storrs, Dec. 14, interfering with police, no bond listed.
Hector Luis Hernandez, 33, of 11 Gorden Court, Dec. 15, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, $15,000 bond in total.
Stefan Nathaniel Robinson, 25, of 30 Montauk Ave., Dec. 15, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, risk of injury to a minor, operating a drug factory, possession of cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, $200,000 bond.
Christine Pollard, 40, of 264 Connecticut Ave., Dec. 16, issuing a bad check, $1,500 non-surety bond.
