The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Anidrar Thomas, 30, of 92 Truman Street, April 7, third-degree assault, risk of injury, no bond listed.

Christopher Stevens, 52, of 128 Huntington Street, April 7, second-degree breach of peace, $5,000 non-surety bond.

Jose Lobos, 26, of 196 Chester Street, April 7, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, $20,000 bond in total.

Philip Jones Costello, 25, of 89 North Hawthorne Drive, April 8, breach of peace, threatening, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Seth Panucci, 25, of 74 Chestnut Hill Road in Groton, April 8, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Brandon Chapman, 17, of 172 Hawthorne Drive North, April 8, fifth-degree larceny, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Lenee Sodosky, 35, of 47 Ridgeview Circle, April 9, second-degree assault, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Floyd S. Fooks, 28, of 156 Ocean Ave., April 9, second-degree assault, $7,500 cash or surety bond.

Darryl Ladson, 30, of 43 Williams Street, April 9, disorderly conduct, $500 non-surety bond.
