Arrests for April 16

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Margaret Thomas, 48, of 20 Tilley Street, April 16, disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer, promise to appear in court.

Steven Benitez, 20, of 274 Connecticut Ave., April 16, driving under suspension, reckless driving, engaging an officer in a motor vehicle pursuit, driving a vehicle with an obstructed view, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Peter R. Fajayan, Jr., 24, of 10 Rosemary Street, April 16, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, no bond listed.

John Rubino, 46, of 52 Thomas Street, April 16, disorderly conduct, promise to appear in court.
