The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Ricardo Torres, 33, of 453 17th Street in Brooklyn, Feb. 23, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, refusing to test, driving a motor vehicle under suspension, $2,500 non-surety bond.

Jansen Salazar, 32, of 101 Truman Street, Feb. 23, second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, $10,000 bond.

Robert Matteson, 18, of 19 Jay Street, Feb. 23, breach of peace, assault on a person over the age of 60, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Enrique Ramos, 31, of 76 Federal Street, Feb. 23, violation of probation, $80,000 bond.
