Edward M. Stanley, 51, of 21 Williams Street, March 14, violation of a protective order, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Michael Olynciw, 52, of 21 Williams Street, March 14, breach of peace, promise to appear in court.

Leroy Thomas, 21, of 34 Spring Street, March 15, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Juan Gonzales, 36, of 19 Jay Street, March 15, second-degree robbery, larceny, third-degree assault, no bond listed.

Maximo R. Garcia, 40, of 59 Catherine Street in Hartford, March 15, first-degree criminal trespass, promise to appear in court.

Jamar O. Smith, 32, of 700 Nutmeg Lane in East Hartford, March 16, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under suspension, failure to drive right, failure to obey officer’s signal, engaging in a pursuit, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Noel Rodriguez, 29, of 115 Raymond Street, March 16, risk of injury to a minor, cruelty to animals, $500 cash or surety bond.

Jamar A. McClellan, 29, of 22 Garfield Ave., March 16, violation of probation, $10,000 cash or surety bond.
