Arrests for February 17 and 18

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Faer J. Johnson, 27, of 70 Farmington Ave., Feb. 17, violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Robert J. McIntear, 22, of 32 Colman Street, Feb. 17, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, $25,000 bond.

Larry Freeman, 36, of 78 Federal Street, Feb. 17, violation of probation, $10,000 bond.

Shane Cristello, 40, of 46 Village Lane in Groton, Feb. 18, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, promise to appear in court.

Marc A. St. Jean, 33, of 194 Hatherly Road in Scituate, Mass., on Feb. 18, failure to appear in court, $5,000 cash or surety bond.
