Aero Smith, 34, of 16 Cotton Wood Road in East Lyme, Feb. 16, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, $5,000 non-surety bond.

Dennis Henry Wildowski, 49, of 309 Crystal Ave., Feb. 16, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, $500 non-surety bond.

Jacky Knight, 52, of 36 Starr Street, Feb. 16, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack coaine within 1,500 feet of a public housing project, promise to appear in court.

Anthony M. Cioci, 21, of 35 Pine Street in Waterford, Feb. 16, first-degree trespass, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a police officer, assault on a police officer, $25,000 cash or surety bond.

Lori Carter, 40, of 83 Mansfield Road, Feb. 17, violation of a protective order, $10,000 cash or surety bond.
