Arrests for February 15 and 16

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Susana M. Morel-Cruz, 24, of 66 Jefferson Ave., Feb. 15, two counts of failure to appear in court, $5,500 bond in total.

Asmar Scott, 26, of 95 Cliff Street in Norwich, Feb. 15, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Elizabeth Cano, 40, of 10 Hinckley Street in Mystic, Feb. 15, interfering with an officer, promise to appear in court.

Jesse Faulkner, 29, of 54 Otrobando Drive in Norwich, Feb. 15, driving under suspension, misuse of plates, $5,000 bond.

Scott James Franklin, 24, of 317 Broad Street/homeless, Feb. 15, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Pedro Martinez, 40, of 55 Shaw Street, Feb. 15, second-degree strangulation, breach of peace, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Kyle M. Mayotte, 22, of 22 Acorn Drive, Feb. 16, failure to drive right, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under suspension, no insurance on an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plates, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Detfin Santiago, 55, of 242 Nautilus Drive, Feb. 16, domestic breach of peace, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Devena Colbut, 24, of 10 Beckwith Place in Groton, Feb. 16, failure to appear in court, $5,000 bond.
