Dimitri W. Sitty, 30, of 347 Pequot Ave., Feb. 12, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug parapharnelia, possession of a restricted substance, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Marilyn J. Nastalczyk, 25, of 100 Main Street in Norwich, Feb. 12, second-degree hindering apprehension, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal threatening, second-degree harassment, breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon, three counrts of failure to appear in court, $140,000 bond in total.

Michael S. Fleming, 38, of 70 Farmington Ave., Feb. 12, third-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Idelise Garcia, 35, of 163 Huntington Ave., Feb. 12, risk of injury to a minor, $2,500 non-surety bond.

Omara Francis, 25, of 39 Montauk Ave., Feb. 12, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal threatening, $10,000 non-surety bond.

Kevin Banta, 26, of 16 Chester Street, Feb. 12, possession of marijuana, $2,500 non-surety bond.

Jovetta Wilson, 33, of 392 Jefferson Ave., Feb. 12, second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, assault on a pregnant person, risk of injury to a minor, $50,000 cash or surety bond.
