The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Andrea Hadley, 18, of 40 Montauk Ave., Feb. 11, failure to respond to an infraction, possession of narcotics, narcotics not in container, $2,000 non-surety bond.

Chad Morgan, 35, of 536 Shewville Road in Montville, Feb. 11, possession of drug paraphernalia, $2,500 non-surety bond.

Shameek Dunbar, 36, of 79 Garfield Ave., Feb. 11, driving under suspension, misuse of a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Sekiyo Frett, 24, of 571 Ocean Ave., Feb. 12, possession of marijuana, $2,500 non-surety bond.

James Serra, 44, of 5 Chestnut Street in Westerly, R.I., Feb. 12, driving under suspension, failure to use turn signal, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Lonnie Graham, Jr., 50, of 62 Jay Street, Feb. 12, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with a police officer, $5,000 non-surety bond.
