The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Sandra L. Wahtera, 50, of 891 Hepeville Road in Jevett City, Feb. 7, two counts of failure to appear in court, $12,500 bond in total.

Brenda Donaldson, 41, of 26 Beckwith Street in Niantic, Feb. 7, narcotics not stored in original container, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, $5,500 bond in total.

Christina Zaman, 36, of 33 George Ave. in Groton, Feb. 7, failure to appear in court, $1,000 bond.

Edward Frye, 55, of 155 Colman Street, Feb. 7, operating under suspension, disorderly conduct, tampering with evidence, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Eric Tart, 36, of 224 York Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., Feb. 7, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive right, possession of PCP, $16,000 cash or surety bond in total.

Stephanie S. Bell, 27, of 111 Truman Street, Feb. 7, breach of peace, second-degree assault, $5,000 bond.

Henry Banks, 29, of 111 Truman Street, Feb. 7, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, $5,000 bond.

Elton Davis, 56, of 8 Summer Street, Feb. 8, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, $5,000 bond.
