The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Paul Lapointe, 45, of 53 Shaw Street, Feb. 6, interfering with police, disorderly conduct, assault on a police officer, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Alton Santiago, 30, of 24 Coit Street, Feb. 6, disorderly conduct, $1,000 cash or surety bond.
