Pernell Young, 47, of 142 Huntington Street, March 27, fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, promise to appear in court.

Elaine Destefano, 47, of 10 King Arthur Drive in Niantic, March 27, second-degree failure to appear in court, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Kenneth E. Barnhill, 27, of 37 Connecticut Ave., March 27, interfering with police, promise to appear in court.

Daniel Rivera, 20, of 66 Jay Street, March 29, breach of peace, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Kirsys Taveras-Payero, 52, of 149 Huntington Street, March 29, second-degree breach of peace, no bond listed.

Oscar Valentin, 33, of 93 State Pier Road, March 29, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, $2,500 non-surety bond.
