D’Nelson Hilario, 18, of 33 Woodlawn Drive, April 17, carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, reckless endangerment, $25,000 cash or surety bond.

David Butler, 44, of 31 Blinman Street, April 17, violation of a protective order, $25,000 cash or surety bond.

Luis A. Ortiz, 26, of 115 Favor Street in Waterbury, April 18, weapon in a motor vehicle, breach of peace, brandishing a facsimile weapon, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Jose L. Rodriguez, 29, of 944 Baldwin Street in Waterbury, April 18, weapon in a motor vehicle, breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Eliezer Espada Sanchez, 32, of 23-20 44th Street in Astoria, N.Y., April 18, weapon in a motor vehicle, breach of peace, promise to appear in court.

April L. Espinosa, 36, of 202 Colman Street, April 18, two counts of breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, no bond listed.

Thomas F. Regan, 56, of 63 Niles Hill Road, April 18, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, promise to appear in court.
