Shameekia Flanders, 30, of 537 Bank Street, Oct. 1, interfering with police, $2,500 non-surety bond.

Robert Crandall, 21, of 111 Willets Ave., Oct. 1, burglary, criminal mischief, interfering with police, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Justine Faith Prue, 45, of 7 Rhode Island Drive in Waterford, Oct. 1, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, $5,000 cash or surety bond.
