Arrests for September 14 and 15

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Irving Jerome Hudson, 22, of 12 West High Street, Sept. 14, breach of peace, unlawful restraint, $5,000 bond.

David Lyons, 45, of 84 Maple Ave., Sept. 14, criminal attempt to sell crack cocaine, tampering with evidence, possession of crack cocaine, interfering with police, $25,000 cash or surety bond.

Desiree Collett, 38, of 855 Bank Street, Sept. 14, violation of a protective order, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Dina DeTillio, 19, of 48 Crystal Ave., Sept. 14, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, interfering with a 911 call, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Lambert Berry, 49, of 19 Jay Street, Sept. 14, second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order, no bond listed.

Lisa Kotecki, 47, of 18 Latimer Drive in East Lyme, Sept. 14, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no bond listed.

Paul Arroyo, 19, of 58 West Street, Sept. 15, first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with police, third-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, possession of liquor by a minor, driving a motorcycle without an endorsement, failure to insure motor vehicle, $30,000 cash or surety bond in total.
