The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Orlando Gonzalez-Roman, 21, of 123 Mather Ave. in Groton, Dec. 5, driving under suspension, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, no front plate, misuse of plates, possession of a number plate, $1,500 cash or surety bond.

David Scott, 35, of 140 4 Mile River Road in Old Lyme, Dec. 5, second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court, $1,000 bond in total.

Christopher Andrew Parizo, 38, of 171 Oneco Ave., Dec. 5, second-degree breach of peace, $1,000 non-surety bond.
