Arrests for August 31

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Karen A. Lapoint, 27, of 107 Connecticut Ave., Aug. 31, violation of a protective order, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Joshua J. Ouellette, 22, of 17 Cliff Street, Aug. 31, third-degree assault, breach of peace, second-degree stangulation, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Melissa Crickmore, 23, of 140 Geer Road in Griswold, Aug. 31, possession of heroin, first-degree failure to appear in court, $2,500 bond.

Fred G. Pardini, Jr., 20 of 60 Sunny Hill Drive in Uncasville, Aug. 31, possession of heroin, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a dangerous weapon, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Brett Rowan, 27, of 13 Railroad Ave. in Norwich, Aug. 31, interfering with police, $500 non-surety bond.

Marcus Howard, 22, of 857 Bank Street, Aug. 31, breach of peace, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Willie Rollius, 50, of 142 Huntington Street, Aug. 31, violation of a protective order, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Leroy Thomas, 21, of 73 Hempstead Street, Aug. 31, second-degree assault, $50,000 bond.
