Rafael Alvarez, 53, of 48 Reed Street, Aug. 25, possession of cocaine, failure to appear in court, $25,000 bond.
Greig Williams, Sr., 41, of 45 Miner Street in Groton, Aug. 25, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading police, failure to drive right, failure to carry an insurance card, failure to carry registration, risk of injury to a minor, $6,000 non-surety bond in total.
