Arrests for August 20-22

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Jermel R. Jacklin, 30, of 42 Linden Street, Aug. 20, second-degree breach of peace, no bond listed.

Thea M. Rivers, 20, of 235 Connecticut Ave., Aug. 20, disorderly conduct, interfering with police, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

James Motowidlak, 47, of 19 Jay Street, Aug. 20, second-degree breach of peace, threatening, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Joshua Rock, 29, of 59 Merchants Ave. in Taftville, Aug. 21, three counts of assault on a police officer, two counts of interfering with police, driving under suspension, failure to obey a stop sign, wrong way on a one-way street, $25,500 cash or surety bond in total.

Mark A. Harris, 46, of 46 Boswell Street, Aug. 21, driving under suspension, driving unreasonably fast, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Robert Brown, 49, of 19 Jay Street, Aug. 21, criminal trespass, failure to respond to an infraction, $92 bond.

Juan Gonzalez, 29, no certain address, Aug. 21, two counts of assault on a police officer, two counts of interfering with police, assault on a police K-9; warrant for first-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with police, driving under suspension, failure to obey an officer’s signal, reckless endangerment, $180,000 cash or surety bond in total.

Delsio N. Hilario, 20, of 93 Willetts Ave., Aug. 21, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree strangulation, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Edmong Vianney, 35, of 183 Williams Street, Aug. 21, second-degree assault, interfering with a 911 call, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with police, failure to keep prescription drug in original container, $100,000 cash or surety bond.

Evy A. Castillo, 22, of 12 Grand Street, Aug. 22, first-degree failure to appear in court, $10,000 cash or surety bond.
