Andrew Bowie, 28, of 24 St. Regis Ave. in Norwich, July 9, breach of peace, violation of a protective order, $7,500 non-surety bond.

Vilente Gonzalez, 39, of 76 Keating Street in Willimantic, July 9, second-degree failure to appear in court, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Daniel P. Anton, Jr., 55, of 259 Mile Creek Road in Old Lyme, July 9, failure to grant right of way, driving while intoxicated, $10,000 non-surety bond.

Edward T. Quinones, 20, of 309 Crystal Ave., July 9, two counts of interfering with police, assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct, $20,000 bond.

Arlene Quinones, 46, of 309 Crystal Ave., July 9, interfering with police, $2,500 non-surety bond.
