Arrests for July 4 and 5

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Nicholas Eric Wick, 21, of 388 Broad Street, July 4, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with police, second-degree failure to appear in court, $11,000 cash or surety bond in total.

Justin A. McKay, 22, of 48 Fieldside Drive in Groton, July 4, breach of peace, interfering with police, $2,500 non-surety bond.

Calvin O. Hilliard, 57, of 61 Shaw Street, July 5, second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, $5,000 cash or surety bond.
