David Mellisy, 28, of 206 Nautilus Drive, May 4, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe start of a motor vehicle, no bond listed.

Angela A. Anton, 21, of 299 Boston Post Road in East Lyme, May 4, third-degree assault, second-degree issuing a false statement, $1,000 non-surety bond.
