Rodriguez, 27, of 46 Mountain Ave., June 27, two counts of reckless driving, reckless endangerment, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to carry insurance, engaging an officer in pursuit, failure to use turn signal, improper exhaust, failure to wear helmet, $20,000 cash or surety bond in total.
