Xavier Vazquez, 20, of 187 Huntington Street, May 4, second-degree failure to appear in court, driving under suspension, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Brian L. Smith, 53, of 3 Quincy Court, May 4, possession of marijuana, third-degree criminal trespass, $500 cash or surety bond.

Todd A. Smith, 44, of 185 Pequot Ave., May 4, possession of heroin, failure to keep narcotics in original container, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Luis G. Cotto, 25, of 19 Summer Street, May 4, two counts of failure to verify address for sex offender registry, $25,000 cash or surety bond.

Brian Trubia, 23, of 6 Broadway Ave. in Mystic, May 4, possession of marijuana, failure to obey traffic signal, failure to have tail lamps, failure to have insurance, $1,000 non-surety bond in total.

William F. Muller III, 49, of 96 Wildwood Lane in Uncasville, May 5, breach of peace, $500 non-surety bond.

Gordon A. Laing, 31, of 45 Mohegan Ave, May 5, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, $500 cash or surety bond.
