Tracy Diggs, 40, of 14 Bramer Place, April 16, breach of peace, $2,500 non-surety bond.

James Cotei, 50, of 1 Hillcrest Drive in Waterford, April 16, fourth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief, $5,000 non-surety bond.

Derron Tomlinson, 26, of 108 Hawthorne Drive, April 16, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, $15,000 bond.

Dennis Higgins, 48, of 23 Alger Place, April 16, possession of drug paraphernalia, promise to appear in court.

Liza M. Gibbs, 43, of 40 Montauk Ave., April 16, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, promise to appear in court.

Nina Christine Baccala, 38, of 494 Woonasquatucket Ave. in North Providence, R.I., April 16, prostitution, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Bennay Roundtree-Martin, 44, of 31 Center Street in Vernon-Rockville, April 17, second-degree burglary, second-degree domestic assault, third-degree domestic assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, carrying a dangerous weapon, $7,500 cash or surety bond.

Sandra Torres, 22, of 220 Brandford Ave. in Groton, April 17, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right, driving under suspension, $7,500 cash or surety bond.
