Arrests for March 29 and 30

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Jamal A. Johnson, 41, of 244 Willetts Ave., March 29, failure to obey a stop sign, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry insurance, misuse of marker plates, driving under suspension, promise to appear in court.

Patrick Santora III, 50, of 77 Nob Hill Road, March 29, second-degree domestic breach of peace, $500 non-surety bond.

Christopher Downing, 22, of 19 Jay Street, March 29, breach of peace, $500 bond.

Roberta Allen, 27, of 19 Jay Street, March 29, breach of peace, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Eugene Brown, 40, of 25 Grove Street, March 29, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school, $50,000 bond.

Desmond K. Ballinger, 20, of 27 Catherine Street, March 29, disorderly conduct, $500 non-surety bond.

Ricardo Pratts, 33, of 112 Sunshine Lane in Pottstown, Pa., March 29, violation of probation, two counts of possession of heroin, two counts of sale of heroin, $350,000 bond in total.

Martha Vega, 39, of 111 Broad Street, March 30, failure to appear in court, $10,000 cash or surety bond.
