Arrests for March 16 and 17

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Louis Olero-Massero, 23, of 21 Desjardins Drive in Uncasville, March 16, risk of injury to a minor, $500 non-surety bond.

Carrie J. Feliciano, 19, of 387 Jefferson Ave., March 16, breach of peace, risk of injury, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Pedro L. Feliciano, 45, of 89 Vauxhall Street, March 16, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Daniel Mulligan, 19, of 862 Towne House Road in Fairfield, March 16, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a dangerous weapon, $1,500 non-surety bond.

William A. Smith, 52, of 77 Adelarde Street, March 16, driving a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school, $5,500 cash or surety bond in total.

Jerome Hunter, 26, of 69 Rosemary Street, March 16, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school, $50,000 bond.

Tobias Smith, 25, of 76 Federal Street, March 16, breach of peace, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Richard Watkins, 32, of 143 Oneco Drive, March 17, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, $2,500 cash or surety bond.
