Arrests for February 2 and 3

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Brendon R. McCutcheon, 45, last known address at 29 Georgianna Street, Feb. 2, breach of peace, criminal threatening, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Terry L. Darden, Jr., 26, of 9 Pequot Road in Uncasville, Feb. 2, interfering with police, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school, no bond listed.

Thomas Oates, 28, of 14 Bristol Street, Feb. 3, first-degree criminal trespassing, escape from custody, interfering with an officer, driving under suspension, $25,000 bond.

David C. Hopkins, 39, of 77 Summer Street, Feb. 3, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond listed.

Jennifer M. Hopkins, 35, of 77 Summer Street, Feb. 3, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond listed.
