Michelle Eaton, 40, of 15 Pacemaker Ave. in Norwich, Dec. 29, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, $4,500 bond.
Jason Michael Gilmore, 37, of 20 Reed Street, Dec. 29, reckless driving, failure to signal, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, breach of peace, and interfering with police.
