Multiple charges against James Lloyd Jr. in early morning arrest

The New London Police Department charged a 43-year-old man with several counts of drug offenses and assaulting three police officers early on Sunday.

James Floyd Jr. was charged with three counts each of assault on a police officer and illegal sale of prescription drugs, two counts each of possession of a narcotic substance and possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell, and one count of interfering with police.
