Elderly Resident Victim of Home Invasion In New London

New London Police are seeking two suspects who robbed a 91-year-old man in his home in the morning of November 27.

At about 11:20 a.m. today, New London Police received a 911 call from a 91-year-old New London resident of Pacific Street who reported he had been the victim of a home invasion.

According to police, the man said he answered a knock at the front door but initially saw no one. Moments later, two masked men entered his house demanding money and valuables.

The man told police that one of the suspects was armed with a stun gun, which he held to his neck, threatening him.

The suspects, whom police say may have been either Hispanic or black, were in the home a few minutes before fleeing in an unknown direction. Both men are described as being tall and of slim build, about 20 years of age. They were both wearing dark clothes and ski masks.
