WHAT DID SHE CONSENT TO?

Does consenting to sex include consent to brutalization?

The recent conclusion of non rape in New London closes the investigation but leaves too many questions in the community.

When Matthew Chew was stabbed by a gang of bored youths the investigation did not warrant the Connecticut State Police Major Crime Unit to be called in. Why? But when a report is made of an alleged sexual assault is made the situation was so brutal that police department management called in the Connecticut State Police Major Crime Unit. Why? The deputy chief stated that there were doubts from the beginning, so did calling in the Connecticut State Police Major Crime Unit make any sense at all, in the beginning? Why is the investigation closed? Did the woman say that the brutality was consensual as well? Is that even possible? Did the NLPD administration tell this woman that if she withdrew any complaint then she would not be charged with solicitation? Who is being protected? Who is protecting them and why?

Has New London become a community where under the new city administration the brutality of women is OK? The mayor vows to make sure peoples civil rights are not violated, doe he not care about the rights of the women of our community?

Is the administration insinuating that this woman deserved what she got?

Far too many unanswered questions for a closed investigation. But then again New London does have an incredible ability to make certain problems go away.
