Rich people avoid state taxes and steal from Disable Veterans and low income citizens

How is it possible that the New London authorities know about people that is constantly stealing money from others, don't pay taxes, sometimes don't pay their employees, have a position in the New London Social network, own 4 or 5 houses, etc
Moved the business from Groton to New London and didn't pay taxes in Groton either.
This individual sold a business to a disable Veteran knowing that he owed over 50,000.00 in state taxes and get away with it. The community just turns their head the other way just because "the family knows the City Mayor" or some other big shot politician...
Wake up people!!!! how many times is this guy going to take advantage of the citizens of New London.
A festival was canceled because he never paid the people that participated so the city decided to cancel the event instead of getting rid of him.
The New London community needs family business in the down town area, don't let people like him and his wife ruin our city. Fight for our rights and our Veterans, we fought the war so you can have your freedom.
State of CT IRS made me close my business because I was never told about the taxes, the couple that sold me the ice cream shop even suggested NOT to get an Attorney, now I know why....
And when I posted here what happened, he made threats so they were forced to take my post down. He threaded me over the phone telling me that I would be sorry that I was messing with the wrong person. OPEN YOUR EYES NEW LONDON
