Emilie Parker, six year old daughter of Alissa and Robbie Parker and sister to Samantha and Madeline, was one of the victims of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Members of "The Sandy Ground Project: Where Angels Play", a program of the New Jersey Firefighters' Mutual Benevolent Association, will announce plans to erect a $125,000 playscape in Riverside Park at a meeting of the New London Parks and Recreation Commission tonight
The playground at Riverside, one of 26 that will be built in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey in memory of the children of Sandy Hook, will be dedicated to Emilie Parker.
Emilie Alice Parker will live on in the sound of our childrens joy and laughter.
