As you are all heading down to the beach this weekend please take notice of the garbage lining the street. I know Monday was a holiday but why only 2 years ago was our garbage always picked up on time and never just sitting there for weeks. I'll tell you why, it's because you all living in the South side will be punished until you finally break down and pay more taxes. If you take a ride down Ocean Ave. you might notice that everyone's garbage is out and overflowing except for one house. Guess who's?
