Ice Cream Shop Sale Fraud/Any Pro Bono Attorney in New London area???

I am a Combat Veteran, rated 100% disability; I bought an Ice Cream Shop last year, my "retirement dream;" I didn't get a lawyer because I trusted the "nice couple" that sold me the business. A couple of months later somebody from the State of CT Department of Revenue Service came to the shop and was going to close the business down, he said that the business owed 50 to 70,000.00 on state taxes. Since I had my own Tax ID number and the contract was not finalized he said to get a lawyer and not to pay anymore money. My nurse talked to a lady at the CT DRS and she said the state will not go after me if I closed the doors. The Bill of Sale was never sign so the sale was never finalized, I paid 50,000.00 for the business. After I closed the doors, the seller went to the shop and picked up all the equipment.
I want to bring this guy to justice for fraud or whatever law he broke. He is a business man, owes a few houses in New London and I was told he also owes taxes on another ice cream shop he had in Groton.
If you are a Pro Bono Attorney please let me know.

Very Respectfully,

Veteran
