Finizio punishes COMMUNITY

After the snow storm the mayor has postponed the Wednesday trash collection for a week.  This has never been the case but as budget season approaches the mayor is taking advantage and punishing the people who paid taxes and expected that their trash would be collected today or tomorrow at the latest. What are thes people supposed to do with their full trash cans?

Why a change in the way things have always been done?

What do you think? The other communities have put rescheduled the trash collection for tomorrow. Are the other communities better managed? Do the other communities have capable or competent public works management?
