I am so stinkin' proud of Daughter #1, Christian Livermore, whose novel, Gimcrack Princes, just made the short list for the TIBOR JONES PAGETURNER PRIZE of 2013! The premise of her book? The novel explores whether there is such a thing as a family curse or whether through our choices we create our own bad luck, and the extent to which the downfall of one man is really the fault of the entire community."
