I dont think the school system or the city of nl looked or thought about the way kids have to walk to and from school when they are in elementary school. And it should not be by how many miles u live from the school it should be is it a safe walk to and from school. And no its not when they get out at 415 in the evening. U will bus kids that live on federal st. But wont bus a kid that lives on williams st near grant st.
