Well,now I've heard everything,  the chief is afraid of the union lawyer.  I guess when you can't get your way you have to WHINE a bit louder than the other guy.  I think that if anything it should be officer Lynch that should be afraid.

  After all,  They never found JIMMY HOFFA.

  This a never ending saga that won't end until their gone from New London.  This City and its police Department deserve better than their getting.

 Anything to put it back on the other guy when all the time the problems lie with the mayor and chief.  We all know that the mayor is not going to allow four dogs,  I mean after all, it was he that tried to stop the police from making drug arrests in new London.  Could it be that he is afraid that the drug dog might zero in on him?
