Ethel Harper, 83, of New London passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, in Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 181 Ocean Ave., New London.
Peter James Manzi, 31, of Pawcatuck originally from New London, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013.
