On this RN Wednesday, meet Natalie Dyer, a seven-year veteran at L+M who thrives on the intensity, variety and energy that pulses through the L+M Emergency Department each day. Her supervisors call her compassionate, caring, motivated, and a “joy” to work with.  “I really enjoy the patients,” she says. “And we have a great team here.”
