Women's Club/Home League

Home League/Women's Club

The Salvation Army Home League has a four-fold program of worship,
education, fellowship, and service. Established in 1907 the Home League
has been making a difference in the lives of women and their families.
The program encourages women to reach out into their communities, and
make a difference in the Home and community. It is women teaching and
encouraging women. The Home League has members’ worldwide and is one of
the largest sisterhoods of the world.

Its motto is from the Bible:
    "I will live a pure life in my house" (Psalm 101:2b, Good News Bible)

This program take place every Thursday from 1 pm until 3 pm at The Salvation Army--11 Governor Winthrop BLVD.  Transportation is available within New London, Waterford and Groton, and if you call  if you call (860) 443-6409 by Wednesday.  If you get an answering machine, please leave your name, your address and your phone number.
