Priceless, "Antiques Roadshow"-Style Fundraiser, in New London

The New London County Historical Society, in partnership with the Garde Arts

Center, will host
"Priceless?", an "Antiques Roadshow"-styled fundraiser on

Thursday, April 10, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Thames Club, 290
State St., New London. Scot Haney from WFSB Channel 3 will be the
Celebrity Host.

Attendees are encouraged to bring potential treasures to be evaluated by 16

local, professional appraisers who specialize in antique jewelry, books, prints,

rugs, dolls, textiles, silver, furniture and more.

The event also will include door prizes, a silent auction and a live auction

of a week-long stay at a luxury condominium resort, The Colonies at Williamsburg, in Virginia.

Admission is $20, which includes one appraisal and hors d'oeuvres.

Additional appraisals will be available for $5 each. Proceeds will benefit the

New London County Historical Society. Tickets are available online and will be
