LAST WORD is Hygienic Art's annual open mic and poetry competition.
For the poetry open mic, participants are encouraged to present their work to their peers, one poem per round, no judges. In contrast is the poetry slam contest: participants will present their performance and will be judged by selected audience members over multiple rounds. First, second, and third place prizes will be awarded for the best performances...will YOU be the last poet standing? Signup for open mic and slam begins at 6:30PM at the Hygienic Galleries. All are welcome!
