HOPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS TAG SALE

On November 16th and 17th we will be having a tag sale in the hall of the American Legion located at 74 Garfield Avenue in New London. All proceeds from the sale will go towards purchasing and hosting Thanksgiving Dinner for the homeless and any others that would not be able to have Thanksgiving dinner themselves. We know that there are people that will be alone for the holiday maybe no family or ...in the Military and wont be able to go home please feel free to join us for dinner. Also if there is anyone that would like to volunteer to help on any of those days whether for the tag sale or to help serve dinner we would appreciate the help. We are also looking for donations for items to sell at the tag sale in hopes to sell as much as we can to be able to buy a lot of food because we don't know how many people will actually come to eat and we would hate to have to turn anyone away because we ran out of food. Any donations are welcome and we can come pick them up, clean them or whatever we need to do. If you have anything to donate please pm me or if you would like to volunteer please also pm me. Please spread the word, we would like to make a lot of money for this worthy cause. The tag sale again will be on Friday and Saturday which is November 16th and 17th and Thanksgiving dinner will be on Thanksgiving Day both of which will be held at the American Legion hall that they have generously donated to us. Any donations of food or gift cards to help with the dinner will be greatly appreciated.
