Snow Way! A Forecast No One Wants To See

1-3 inches could accumulate, NOAA says

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the region, saying that rain, sleet and snow are on the way.

The forecast, according to noaa.gov:

This Afternoon: A chance of rain before 3 pm, then rain and snow. High near 40. South wind between 6 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Tonight: Rain, snow, and sleet before midnight, then snow between midnight and 3am, then rain, snow, and sleet after 3am. Low around 31. East wind between 6 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Thursday: Snow before noon, then a chance of rain. High near 43. North wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.

Thursday Night: A chance of rain before midnight. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 26. North wind around 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 39. North wind between 8 and 14 mph.
